Our beloved beer-distribution sublet is moving out to expand his business and Bike Farm is looking for a new sublet. This is a warehouse space with high ceilings and a roll-up door that shares a building with our shop. It is zoned for mixed-use industrial use. 1056 sq ft available (16.5ft x 64ft). Comes with 3-phase power. Available June 30th. Rent is around $1200, all utilities besides power included.

We are hoping to rent to an individual-- perhaps a builder of boats or another beer distributor. There is no store front. Due to entrance restrictions, we would prefer to sublet to one person, rather than a collective/group that would give multiple people access to the space.
